We did this while living in another time zone which at times proved to be a challenge. Except with Riata. Jed (Builder) and his wife Carla (interior decorator) have made so many exciting changes to our floor plan design and are just as budget conscience as we are, as if it were their own home. How often does a builder recommend improvements to the floor plans, the quality, design, and at lower cost to build? It doesn't happen, not without costing you big for each change.
